伸縮縫由一條整長的橡膠密封條,一組剛質(zhì)邊梁及錨固件組成。鋼質(zhì)邊梁內(nèi)側(cè)帶有能固定橡膠密封條的溝槽。焊固在鋼梁外側(cè)的錨固件,與梁端預埋鋼筋相焊接,澆筑高度度混凝土過渡后,同梁體連接可靠,具有與橋面接合平順,密封止水,伸縮靈活,行車平穩(wěn),使用壽命長的特點。使用于伸縮量0～80mm的橋梁。

Site preparation before installation
GQF-C型伸縮縫是在本廠制造并組裝,若整條伸縮縫超長不能運輸或工程需分段施工,需在現(xiàn)場焊接一體后,再組裝橡膠密封條。
GQF-C type expansion joint is manufactured and assembled in our factory. If the whole expansion joint is too long to transport or the project needs to be constructed separately, the rubber sealing strip should be assembled after welding in the field.
（1） 伸縮縫預留槽口,在澆筑擬安裝伸縮縫的梁體,橋臺時,在端部預留符合安裝尺寸的槽口,推薦尺寸見表1。

（2） 預埋鋼筋設置：在澆筑梁體或橋臺時,應設置預埋鋼筋。

預埋高層度不小于50cm,并與梁體,橋臺內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋連接一體；間距尺寸為20cm應和伸縮縫錨固件保持一致。
